Hyderabad is the one of biggest cities in India, established in 1591 by Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah and now it is the capital of the southern Indian state of Telangana and temporary capital of Andhra Pradesh. Hyderabad is now become too big now it is combination of 3 cities Hyderabad, Secundrabad, Cyberabad. Hyderabad old city consists of old constructions, old markets developed during Nizams and kings time. 
Here are the some of the historical places of Hyderabad are Charminar, Golkonda, Mecca Masjid, Chowmahalla Palace, Salar Jung Museum, HighCourt, Moazzam Jah Market, Nampally Railway Station.


1.Golconda

Golconda, also known as Golkonda or Golla konda ("shepherd's hill"), a ruined fort of Southern India and capital of medieval Golconda Sultanate (c.1518–1687).
2.Charminar
Charminar is the iconic symbol of Hyderabad. Sultan Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah constructed this in 1591 AD. Charminar in Urdu means Four Pillars; structure was made of granite, limestone and motor.  Charminar area is very commercial surrounded by Laad Bazaar where you can buy Bangles and gold ornaments, and also a street is dedicated to sell Kites. More Info....

4.Moazzam Jah Market
Moazzam jah market, Hyderabad. It was constructed in 1935 during the reign of the last Nizam, Mir Osman Ali Khan. It was named after his second son Moazzam Jah. Jambagh flower market was a part of the market.

5.Chowmahal Palace

Chowmahalla Palace or Chowmahallat (4 Palaces), is a palace of the Nizams of Hyderabad state. It was the seat of the Asaf Jahi dynasty and was the official residence of the Nizams of Hyderabad while they ruled their state. The palace remains the property of Barkat Ali Khan Mukarram Jah, heir of the Nizams.

6. Gautam Buddha Statue

The Buddha Statue of Hyderabad is a monolith located in India. It is the world's tallest monolith of Gautama Buddha.  An 18-meter-high monolithic statue of Lord Buddha towers over the Hussain Sagar lake. Buddha Poornima project was started in October 1985 N T Rama Rao Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh inaugurated work on structure. The monolithic statue was chiseled out of a white granite rock, weighting 450 tons, granite rock was brought here Raigiri village near Hyderabad. It was carved by 200 sculptors for two years. The statue was erected on 12 April 1992 on a red coloured Lotus pedestal. 

7.NTR memorial ghat
Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao was film star, chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state, he developed Hussain sagar area. This memorial place is dedicated in the honour of NTR.

9. Sudha Car Museum




Sudha Car Museum is a unique place to visit, it has a different shape of cars like Bat car, Camera car. This Camera Car is designed by Mr. K. Sudhakar. 
Authors Point of View:
Hyderabad is amazing city it is also called as pearl city. Cost of living in Hyderabad is relatively cheap compared to other metro cities in India.  My choice of places not to miss if you travel to Hyderabad are Charminar area which includes Charminar, Chowmahal palace Laad Bazaar, Golkonda, Buddha Statute, Birla Mandhir to get good views of the city, Sudha Car Museum. 
If you got time you can go watch the movie in IMAX, which is second biggest screen in the world.
Don't miss to eat Biryani, Haleem from Pista House, Irani chai with Samosa, Karachi biscuits and Falooda drink.
Ramki bandi dosa (near mohanjahi market)- Butter dosa, panner dosa very heavy and taste stuff for this you need to very early starts at 3 am finishes by 7. 
Family outing with kids Birla Science museum, Imax Theatre, Nehru zoological park, Mount opera, JalaVihar, Sudha Cars. 
Shopping includes modern malls allover the city and traditional Laad Baazar, Sultan Bazar, Exhibition (in January) Electronics visit Koti, Troop bazaar, Begam bazaar.
